Phoebe Fry is a food writer, recipe tester, and stationery designer. She writes a food Substack, The Dish, and runs a small stationery business, Frying Pan Paper Co.

Her background in food includes training at Ballymaloe Cookery School, followed by time at Alice Waters’s Rome Sustainable Food Project, on the line at Cervo’s and Hart’s in New York City, and as a private chef.
