I have experience in recipe development, recipe testing, food styling, video production, and private cheffing, with a cooking style rooted in seasonality and sustainability. My approach has been shaped by training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and the Rome Sustainable Food Project in Italy, as well as hands-on experience on the line at New York City favorites Cervo’s and Hart’s.
